Default Question on available program space 16F15313 / 16F15325

When I compile for the 16F15313 it shows:

XXX program bytes used from a possible 2048

When I compile for the 16F15325 it shows:

XXX program bytes used from a possible 8192

The data sheet shows 3.5KB and 14KB.

With some of my other chips the info in the ide matches the datasheet. Is this a bug in the compiler setup with these chips?

I see now in the datasheets the difference. For example my 18F2620 shows "from a possible 65536" in proton and the datasheet shows 64K flash bytes so that matches.

With the 16F15313 showing "from a possible 2048" it looks like these proton is reporting from a word type where the other was basing off of byte. Is that a 16F vs 18F thing?

The datasheet for the 16F15313 shows 3.5 KB but then next to it 2KW with both labeled program flash memory. Why does it not equal out 4k/2k?

    I appreciate any info.
