    Default Matchbox-sized radar

New matchbox-sized radar could make its way into drones and security systems.

You have to take these items with a pinch of salt!

Why, in the video was there no real navigations from the device, only computer simulations?

Also, using 24GHz, it is line of sight, so it will still need to revolve somehow with accuracy and the slightest thing will block it. In an office it might work, but will it work in the real world? Why not use LIDAR, it is much more compact and already available. They are even close to making full LIDAR on a single chip, with the laser and the sensor side by side. I've used the simpler versions of this and they are excellent.
