Hi Alberto, I tried 18F452 and 18F46K20 versions compiled with 3.6.1.7 (not the version you used) and the programs compiled and ran without error, the keyboard didn't seem to do anything in both cases and the didplay stayed blank. The virtual termin display what appear to be correct information. BTW the 'scope trace didn't move when a key was pressed.

    I'm running Proteus 8.7 sp2

Perhaps you could post a compiled version?

    Hi George,
I have the PDS version 3.6.1.7 on another computer and I have compiled the project with another name.
Returning to my original machine the Proteus V8.2 SP0 does not work if point on the project.bas. But if I point on project.hex or project.cof everything works very well. It seems that it is not the Proteus I suppose. It is very curious that the PDS has modified the file.bas ?? This is beyond my comprehension.
Please try again with .hex and .cof.
    Regards
    Alberto

P.S. If I take the project compiled with the PDS V3617 and compile it again with the V3603 version everything works fine again.

I didn't try the cof but the hex doesn't work. Still no activity on 'scope trace.

I can sorta understand why the bas might not work. Bear in mind it's a long time sine the Proteus PDS loader (read .bas and .lst) so maybe some change to .bas has broken it, whereas .hex is raw assembler.

I have found my problem. It seems to be a path problem for Proteus. Then I have installed the version of PDS 3.6.1.7 on the main machine and everything works correctly with the Proteus 8.2 SP0.

Strange results so far. same ver PDS, Proteus and OS

    EightDisplaysFloat -

Both Displays1Port - no output on LED display - short pulse on channel 4 of scope both c and a
Displays2port - cc seems to be correct ca no output. both have stream of pulses on all four channels trailing one after the other.

Eight7SegDisplays - all three have stream of pulses on all four channels trailing one after the other.

    Displays1Port - Eight7SegDisplays - count up/down single digit in left most 7 seg
    Displays1Port - Eight7SegDisplay_Neg - looks good Eight7SegDisplays - random segments

George, thanks for the information. Nothing happens to me of all that you tell me and then I do not know how I can fix it. I see no alternative but to mount a real prototype for the Amicus Board for the next month.

I guess there are a lot of variables, probably a Proteus timing thing. Don't do a lot of work on my behalf, building the hardware sounds like a pain and I'm sure you've got other thing to work on.
