    Hi Les,
Shame about the CNC machine, that must have been a hard decision to make.

I hope money is not that tight but I am sure there are a lot of people here (me being one) would gladly pay up front, a bit like a mini "Kickstarter project".
Most of us are waiting in anticipation for another first class board to accompany the compiler. Maybe I will then be able to get into 16 bit devices.

    Regards,
    Bob

Totally agree with Les, even if chip is a clone that doesn't give the original manufacturer the right to brick it. He should seek redress for the cloner not the possibly innocent customers.

    Also totally agree with Bob.

Damn, all this agreeing is making my head hurt.

Les, I will also pay up front. Send me a PM with how much and how to pay. I guess PayPal would be the easiest and I'd add their commission. Sorry to hear about the CNC machine. I wonder if someone on the forum could make a prototype for you.

    Hi Les,
Will the board work with the 24HJ256GP502? Two reasons: I have some 😀 and secondly if the board works with one of the no dongle P24 devices it will be an incentive to bring in new users.

John. The board will work with all 28-pin PIC24F/H/E devices and any 28-pin dsPIC device.

I'd be happy pay up front too Les. Just let me have the payment details.

Thanks ever so much guys, but I'm not that type of person. That's why I'm not rich LOL.

Once I have my prototypes back, and I'm happy with the results, I'll take some orders and get the finished boards done and sent in a few days of them arriving. Until I'm 100% happy with the boards and their functionality, I wouldn't dream of taking any money.

    I signe up to buy the 2 boards (PIC18 & PIC24) too.

Les, I admire and respect your principles. When you are ready mine will be a firm order for an Amicus 24.
