    Default Microchip FRAM MCU's

Is this a mistake or does Microchip have something up their sleeve?
Does Microchip currently have FRAM MCU's or soon will?

The above pictured links are simply a Microchip 32-bit PIC page with no mention of FRAM memory.

A description of FRAM memory by Fujitsu.

Nice find Norm but indeed - what does it mean? I've been watching FRAM for years and wondered why it never really hit critical mass. Fast, non-volatile, burst mode addressing -what more could you want? Cheap I guess but I'm not sure about that.
I believe Ramtron were early adopters and have licsensed their technology to others. I was attracted by the speed and thought it would make great audio storqge for talking machines. I think its high temperature tolerance is also being noticed by automotive applications.
Will watch this with interest. Thanks for posting the info.

    Cheers,
    David
