Registered user status ?

Hi.

How long does it normally take to get your status changed it registered? I used to be registered but seems that my account got deleted (or i forgot my details). I have filled in my profile with purchase details, and also sent the registered user request form about a week ago.

What is the time period before an account gets deleted for lack of use? I am an occasional user of proton so tend to forget what i have learned and need to keep coming back to the forum and read to refresh my memory.
