Programming the Loader Firmware : some questions

hello everybody
i am newbie with proton ide/compiler and i have a lot of questions
i use mainly pic18f45k22 and 18f25k22.about microcode loader the manual tell each pic have its own loader firmware to be loaded onto the pic for first time with a hardware programmer like ie mplab icd2 (i own it)
manual tell also if no file is founded in the mc loader folder , corresponding to the pic targeted ,and more with the good xtal frequency (64mhz) we have to ask to mechanic to get the good one, but i can't find it
does somebody could help me please ?
