how validate key ?

hi everybody
i just received my usb key today , i install the proton program from the cd i received, as described by the notice.
once proton ide started i plug the usb key , windows say "sparkey found", installation seems correct.
but how i can know if that is correct or not ?. is there some dialog wich validate the presence of the key
i unplug the key > no message
i plug the key > no message
were is the difference running proton ide with or without sparkey key ?

Hi, its great to see you visiting our forum. Why not try Proton Compiler for FREE? Download the FREE version of Proton Compiler, Its called Amicus18 and its available from HERE Already using proton Compiler??? Get rid of these pesky messages... get LICENSED USER STATUS

Try compiling one of the sample programs,
if the key is correctly installed then the program should compile OK. if the key is not recognised, you will get an error message.

If you try to compile without the key you get an error message telling you usb key not found I think'
