    Default support for pic18F13k22 and upgrading

    Hi,
    IDE = 1.0.4.6
    Comp = 3.2.5.5

    How is proton upgraded to support processors like pic18F13k22, the online automatic updates doesnt do it. Also cant seem to use fuse configurator due to having the wrong compiler version. I am licensed.

    Hi, its great to see you visiting our forum. Why not try Proton Compiler for FREE?

    Download the FREE version of Proton Compiler, Its called Amicus18 and its available from HERE

    Already using proton Compiler??? Get rid of these pesky messages... get LICENSED USER STATUS

    Any help is much appreciated.

    Cheers.

  2. If you're a Licensed user of PROTON DEVELOPMENT SUITE, apply for Licensed User Status to remove these pesky messages
     and get access to additional forum areas, Beta test downloads and more!

    Hello Katesfb
    Firstly you should register so that your status can be upgraded to licensed user.
    This is done by accessing the "Forum Actions" at the top left of the page in the line beginning "New posts".
    Then choose General Settings.
    Complete the form with your invoice number and click on Validate me.
    The Crownhill staff will update you to a licensed user after checking your purchase details.

    You will then have access to the Beta area where you can download the latest Release Candidate.
    This latest version (3.5.2.2) makes more pics available and hopefully will solve your problem.
    John

    Hi John,
    And thanks for the reply, however i have done all this once before and it was a bit of a saga but eventually i was told that i would be registered as a licensed user hence since i haven't been on the forums for a quite a while, i thought that i was. Anyway i have done it again so will see what happens this time.

    Thanks for your help.

    Cheers.

    OK, hope it works this time as it is really worth being able to access the pre-release version.
    Cheers

    Hello User Katesfb, in your profile, you ahve not completed the information required to validate you.

    You have indicated that your Invoice number is 'lost' but you have not indicated your supplier. Please complete the entry "resellers name" so that we can validate you.
