    Default Fast serial ram

    Hi everyone,
I need a SPI serial ram memory with a capacity of 64 kb that can take the word data generated by my program as fast as possible. Eeprom are much too slow for what I want to do. Any suggestion?
    Regards,
    Yves

Mchip also do some small SPI RAM, and you'll find it's very cheap compared to most others.
