IDE Slowdowns

I am having a strange issue with the proton IDE.

After working for a while the IDE will become slow to respond. Moving around with the cursors is particularly slow.

Also after a successful compiling the ide will hang before launching the programmer.

Are these two things related? I have tried removing and reinstalling the ide.

The probs may have started when I installed a plugin for the ide, but im not sure.

The slowdowns may have stopped since I installed the beta.

Have had a quick look at fineline, may play around with it somemore.

I had the same issue a while back, just after a windows 'update'.
Uninstalled the update and it's ticking over again.
