Can't download

When I try to download from the addon's I can't and get this message even though I am logged onto Proton can any one please help.

The server click-server.com at userrotonuser Password: forumfiles requires a username and password.
Warning: This server is requesting that your username and password be sent in an insecure manner (basic authentication without a secure connection).

I gave it a try and it all worked. Once the password screen comes up it provides the user name and password as you discovered and hit OK and I can see the directories.
We might need to get a licensed user to try this as my moderator status might not be a good way to check.

There is nothing wrong as far as I can tell. I presume you did enter the username and password provided?

If you enter the correct user name and password, which is NOT your Forum user name and password !

It seems that I have the same problem, and undertand that I have to get a licensed user name and pasword for that.
How and where can I repley for that.
I`ve tried before, but no result sofar.
Maybe with a little help.

I had the same issue but it was me being thick

Read the notice the password and user name is in there...
