    Unhappy Compatibility Issue?

    I recently changed laptops and went from Windows XP to Windows 7 (64-bit). After resolving the dongle driver issue, I could not update the IDE beyond 1.0.3.6 and the Proton + Basic Compiler beyond 3.1.0.9.

    If anyone knows what to do next, please let me know.
