Help with PPS and PIC24FJ simulation!

Hello, I'm currently trying to simulate PPS feature using PIC24FJ64GA004. Is this feature supported? I wrote a simple piece of code that changes the TX port for UART1 along an infinite loop. I connect each output to a virtual terminal and I have both ports transmitting the same... When I check the OSCCON register I see tha ILOCK is being written properly as well as the RPOR are set correctly... I can post the code and the sch if necessary!
