That's good but I think there should be a link to this list from the Proton Compiler Suite page for anyone evaluating the product.

When I Googled Proton supported devices I got a link to this page which is (still) out of date:

you mentioned that this device is supported: 16F677
well when I'm trying to compile code with this device it's telling me that proper *.INF files are missing.

I bought proton+ few weeks ago so I think I have rather new version of it. So where can I find INF and LPB files for that device?

    Thanks in advance.

Go to update on top of this page. Proton do not use anymore INF files but PPI.

Might be that you have to register first.

I want to buy proton. But in the list of chips in hasn't seen 18F67K22. When it will be added in the list of supported chips. Or who can make file PPI for it.

Unhappy Re: List of Supported Microchips

hi i am using latest version of proton ide:
    ide version
    loader version
    compiler version

but i have a strange problem with 18F2553 device. when i add this code "Device 18F2553" SFR definitions comes to left side of ide tree view BUT DISABLED and not operative.
changing to 18F2550 SFR Defs comes very well.
i checked .def and .ppi files everything fine except "BANKA_END=0X005F" <-diff-> "BANKA_END=0x5F"
    How can i solve this?

  9. The information the IDE uses comes from so called BNF's, bitname files.
At some time no new bnf's were included, but you build them yourselves:
    try this
