This is a temporary fix for issues related to the forum files area

The forumfiles area - where users upload files associates with applications and articles, has been abused by some people.

HTML PHP and CSS files were being uploaded there and referenced to in Phishing activity.

Emails were being sent that relied on files deposited in our forumfiles area, to enable phishers to collect personal data from unsuspecting recipients.

The username password dialogue prevents this exploit.

This is a temporary fix, it is our intention to change the forumfiles upload process , such that individual passwords are used to allow access to the forum files area.
