    Smile SD Card

Ok seems I solved my SD Card problem. Buy viniculm V2 drive for the usb memeory stick. Get a sd card reader and plug it into the vdrive and bobs you uncle you have a very expensive big hardware solution. Now I have fat 32 on sd card. Now where is sdaves routine I need it back again. I see alfat has the solution though. They have a very nice demo board that has a sdcard and usb thumb drive on one board. This is excactly what i am looking for.

Will keep you guys updated on how it goes. I orderded the vmusic2 will keep everyone informed on that project. I am also going to get a chip or two from VLSI their prices seem to be good. As far as the 6110 display goes. Its a bit expensive here a local cell shop who can get spares quoted me R500-00 ZAR hell what do they think we are milionares. I have a contact at vodacom that can get me one for R250-00ZAR . Will be speaking to him soon as well. eISH this development is breaking me.

    Anton

What is your SD card application?

The PIC iPod wav player can play up to 512 files or 2 Gigs data.
About $14.00 of circuit specific parts (post #23).

Could be upgraded to write data as well.
