Default Single side PCB in ARES

    Hello
I design my circuit in ISIS and then use "Netlist to ARES" item for sending design data for PCB design.
But by default ,ARES auto router (called ELECTRA) uses double side board for arranging the PCB.
Please help me ,How i can force it to single side board?

In ARES click on Tools -> Auto Router -> Edit Strategies -> Change Bottom Copper to Top Copper.
Change Strategy from Power to Signal and change Bottom Copper to Top Copper as well.

Once you do that Ares would create single sided PCB. You can always use Electra to reroute.

I have not worked much in ARES but used it for some of my projects. As per my experience with it you must follow this => click on Tools -> Auto Router -> Edit Strategies -> Change Bottom Copper to Top Copper.
Also you have to make change Strategy from Power to Signal and change Bottom Copper to Top Copper as well.
After this Ares would create single sided PCB. You can always use Electra to reroute.
