Default Problem with BISVS and T6963C

    Hello to All,

First as a newbie may I say thanks to all on the Forum for all the help I've received merely by reading other peoples posts. You can learn a lot just by using the search button!

My problem is mainly of my own making 'cos I recently switched display on my project from a simple 20x4 alpahnumeric one (H44780 controller) to a wizzy 240x64 graphic type using a T6963C controller. Everything was fine until I came to use BISVS again when I got the error shown in the attachment below.

The problem goes away again if I switch back to the alphanumeric display.

It's all very curious because I understood that BISVS only parsed code between the INT#STARTH and INT#ENDH markers and I don't have any LCD code (either setup or printing) there.

I've also attached a simple timer based hardware interrupt program that seems to illustrate the problem. It doesn't actually need BISVS (it doesn't use any system variables) but it shows the problem I'm talking about..

I guess this ones for Paul Fox or Tim Box - though of course I'd be very grateful for any comments or suggestions from anyone.

    Thanks
    David

    Hi,

I had the same problem on my GLCD.

Solution - create an empty/null file of the same name "DEFLCD1.ipf" and put this in the BISVS directory.

    Phil.
