Amod, put your best effort In a post and there may be someone who can see where you are going wrong.

  2. Re: Les has just uploaded Proton Compilers Full Installer - Proton 3.7.1.7 - Proton24

Les, I notice the fix concerning symbols below 0.5 being rounded to 0.
    I use:
    Symbol Rad = 0.01745329
to convert degrees to radians in many places in a complex program and it works. Was this fix...

Re: i need help for 12F1571 pwm

    Thanks for the clarification Les.
I'll revisit the article. It seems that for Proton 8bit the 23 bit mantissa is all that is available.
The current system works adequately so I reckon improvements...

Re: i need help for 12F1571 pwm

    G'day Tumbleweed,
You're right there is an error. I think the correct value is 16777215 (2^24-1). I'll do an adjust to the article when I get the chance. I believe in the IEEE754 standard the first...

Amod, which compiler are you using? You have "PAUSEus 4000".
Delays in PDS use delayus or delayms.

    Re: Boot loader woes.

Hello Francis, I think the problem is that most of us don't use bootloaders.
Hang in there.i know it doesn't get easier as we get older, it just takes longer but it's also the best way to stave off...

Re: clear and interrupt handler - problem?

    A near miss Stephen :)
Good question George. My gut says no, but if it didn't what's the point of it. So I'm ignoring the gut and putting money on it does.
We may have to wait for the master - or...

Re: clear and interrupt handler - problem?

I haven't checked but I thought it was something like this:
Dim bVar = 5 as byte
I probably have it wrong as using my phone to post.

I don't think the optimiser supports 12F chips so try removing that statement.

  21. Re: Prolem with 1 x 16 alpha LCD when connected on PortA

Just an aside Yves, some 1x16 LCD displays are strange in that the first 8 characters are line one while the characters 9-16 are on line two.

  24. Re: Streaming the same audio track in real time to two different locations

I hadn't considered the best way to do it. I imagine that the audio wouldn't need to be HIFI for the lights so maybe it might work by direct transfer but I don't really know. If I was designing it I...
  25. Re: Streaming the same audio track in real time to two different locations
