Explain what power supply you are using and what voltages you are getting or expecting.

If you are using a ADC what bits range. What are you putting in what are you expecting.

Have you done a forum search.

Are you a registered user. (we all get upset with leechers)

There are many examples on the net have you tried them.

Do you have a basic understanding of electronics theory, soldering and power supplies.

Do you have a basic understanding of Proton Pic Basic.

If you are a student, forget it no one will build or design your project.

Do it in small steps and find out how to do it in small steps.

Great points for non native speaking english users.
The language barrier can be a tough to break especially when talking about technical subjects.

These are good tips for non native English on general politeness , and information people need to help you.

Remember it's just as frustrating for the native english users when they don't understand too.
