    Hallo Tim,

Maybe you can help me. Do you have some experience with programming a PIC18F2525 in Proton IDE V 1.04.6 and compiler V 3.2.5.5 ?
The problem is this: When I program a simple program for printing a message on a 2x16 LCD with a PIC16F876a everything works OK.But when I do the same with a PIC 18F2525,the LCD show's nothing. When I measure the pins for Enable and RS and Databus with a scoop, all signals look very different from using a 16F876.

For so far I can measure it looks like the PRINT COMMAND does not work OK for 18F2525 MCU.
    Do you know a solution?
    Regards Ton
