    Upgrade instructions
    Recommended procedure to upgrade if Auto Back Up is already installed
    Go to the View menu > Plugin > DaveS Tools > Auto Back Up Close/Start
    Select Yes to Close Auto Back Up
    Go to the View menu > Plugin > Uninstall > Auto Back Up for Total Recall
    Select Yes
    Select Yes
    Use install instructions
    Install instructions
    To install close the IDE if running
    Download AutoBackforTotalRecall.zip to your computer
    Right click > select Extract All..
    Select Extract
    Double click AutoBackforTotalRecall.exe
    Select Yes
    Select Start Installation
    Select Start Application
    You should see the Auto Back Up splash screen at IDE start
